We take bread very seriously; making bread for our community is an integral part of who we are and what we do. We take great care and time to produce gorgeous loaves that feed both body and soul.

Like our other offerings, our breads are made using the finest ingredients and the best, time tested and labor intensive recipes. Our breads have character, depth of flavor, and meaningful textures that comes from long proofing and careful handling. Each loaf we bake is the reflection of a dynamic process that constantly changes with temperature, humidity, the flour we’re using and the spirit of the baker.

We are proud to support local restaurants, bars, and other organizations by providing our breads for their finished products. We are proud to be part of a process that nourishes and feeds our community with a simple timeless and healthy sustenance.

We regularly feature the following breads:

  • Multi-Grain Oat Honey. a sweet honey flavor, soft crumb center
  • Phoenix Rising, made with spent grain from our local brewery, loaded with barley, tender inside
  • Chive Dill, a full-flavored dinner bread, great for grilled cheese sandwiches too
  • Rustic French, golden, crusty outside with a hint of sea salt,
    airy soft center

  • Rosemary Olive Oil, golden crusty outside, full of flavor on inside
